"Shortening Short Sales." The article, written by Joel Cone,
discusses ways to quicken the six-month short sale process, and
suggests short sale strategies.
"Investor and radio host Josh Blank from St. Charles, Ill.,
provided a more tepid response to the Obama administration's
proposal to speed short sales. 'In some part I wish the government
would get out of the way and let us clean up the mess.'"
