Recent Deal I Did With An Investor

The From Wrecks To Riches team just closed on a deal with one of
our investors today. This standard deal bought the investor a home
that appraised at $95,000 for only $47,500. He doubled his money
with one closing.
Oh I forgot to mention the investor financed 100% of the
transaction; he has absolutely no money out of pocket.
